By using KinderVerhaal, you accept these terms of service.

Service Description

KinderVerhaal provides AI-powered children's story generation services.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your account security. For children under 16, the service may only be used with parental/guardian consent and supervision (GDPR Article 8).

Content

Stories are AI-generated. Content safety filters are applied but 100% safety cannot be guaranteed.

Intellectual Property

Stories you create belong to you. KinderVerhaal platform and technology rights belong to us.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is". KinderVerhaal does not guarantee content accuracy.

Subscriptions & Payments

KinderVerhaal offers auto-renewing subscriptions: Premium Monthly (€4.99/month) and Premium Yearly (€39.99/year). A subscription automatically renews at the end of each period unless cancelled. In the mobile apps, purchases are made through the Apple App Store (via your Apple ID) or Google Play Store; payment is charged to your store account and you can cancel anytime in your store account settings. On the website, payments are processed by Stripe; to cancel a web subscription contact [email protected]. If you cancel before the end of the current period, you will not be charged for the next period. Refund requests are subject to the respective store’s refund policies (Apple/Google) or the EU consumer right of withdrawal.
